What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is after 4PM. Guests are welcome to self check-in anytime after 4PM. If you would like assistance the lobby is open daily from 12PM-6PM.
Check-out is 10 AM. Departures past 10AM are subject to a late departure fee of $50 + taxes. After 1 p.m. the total night rate will be applied.
Do you have parking ?
There is no dedicated parking but street parking is readily available in front of the hotel on Agricola Street and side streets, Bilby and Macara.
Can I drop my bags off if we arrive early?
We can store your luggage upon your arrival if your room is not ready and also upon your check-out if needed (only possible from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.).
How do I check-in & out?
No need, unless you want to. We leave it up to you. If you would like someone to meet you for check-in we can accommodate that. We provide access codes prior to arrival so guests can check in at any time of day. There is no need to check out, however, we do ask that the rooms are available for housekeeping staff to begin by 10 AM.
Can we check in early or check out late?
Early arrivals and late departures are upon request and subject to availability and a fee of $50. The earliest possible early check-in window is between 12PM-2PM. The latest late check-out is 12PM the day of check-out.
I am in room 2201, what building is that?
Rooms 2201-2304 are located on the KING side at 2857 Agricola which was completed in 2022, just a little further down the street. The sign to the left of the entry identifies building two.
Rooms 201-304 are located on the QUEEN side at 2853 Agricola which was built in 2019. There is a sign to the left of the double entry doors identifying building one, located closest to the corner at Bilby Street.
What is your cancelation policy?
Full refund for bookings canceled 14 days or more in advance of arrival date. Guests will receive a 50% refund if canceled 7 days prior to arrival. No refund for guests canceling less than 7 days of arrival.
How do I book a room?
The most current way to check availability and book rooms is on the Brewery Park website. We do not take accept reservations by phone.
Do you have cable?
Smart televisions are equipped with Roku streaming devices. The Atop app will give you cable access. Netflix, Spotify, Crave and other streaming services are also available.
Do I get a key?
Guests are provided with a code to access the building and rooms 24 hours prior to arrival. The code is texted and emailed, along with additional booking information.
Do you have rooms with 2 beds?
All rooms have one queen or one king size bed. We do not have two bed options or offer cots.
Do you accept pets?
Sadly no, we are pet people but had to make the difficult decision to not allow pets.
Do you have an elevator?
Two feet and a heart beat at Brewery Park. One flight of stairs will get you to rooms 201-204 & 2201-2204. A second flight will get you to 301-304 & 2301 – 2304. We are happy to help with luggage, just let us know in advance.
Do you have bike storage?
We do not have dedicated bicycle storage areas but we can accommodate. Please let us know in advance of your arrival.
Do you have room service or a restaurant?
The mini bar fridges are packed with a wide variety of local beverages. There are also snacks to accompany. Sidekick Café, located on the main floor of the hotel, has coffee, teas, sodas and warm and cold drinks and are fully-licensed, featuring a selection of local beers and wines.
Do you have ice?
We do not have an ice machine at the hotel but the team at Sidekick can hook you up. Make sure you check their hours of operation.
Is there a common area or space that I can book for an event?
Sidekick Café can be booked for private events and our lobby is a great space for an intimate gathering. Both options can be catered and are licensed.
What are the rules I should know about?
We take noise and smoking pretty seriously. Brewery Park is a 100% Smoke-free establishment – including common areas. A $250 fine will be applied.
Excessive noise, parties and overnight guests are not allowed.
Missing or damaged room items will be charged to guests.
